Reservations for the Spaulding Alumni House 2025 season are being accepted now through Friday March 28, 2025.

Don’t forget the Spring cleanup April 26 & 27. We have a good time and get a lot done!

Donation Schedule:
$125.00/night

Guidelines for Reservations:
Be a dues paying member. Maximum 7 nights per stay. Arrival time is after 2PM on first night of stay. Departure time is 11AM following last night stay.

1) Reservations for the lottery shall be made either by filling out this form or in writing by mail. When making reservation requests in writing please use the bottom of this page and mail to:

2) All requests must be received before Friday March 28, 2025. Reservation notifications will be mailed or emailed between April 2 and April 5, 2025. We do our best to ensure everyone gets one of their 3 choices!

You may contact the Alumni Office after April 15, 2025 for any remaining dates available.
